These Terms & Conditions apply when cybervertex provides bespoke England travel planning, itinerary review or related domestic tourism services requested through cybervertex.pro.
An enquiry does not create a booking. A service begins only when we issue a written proposal and you accept the applicable scope, price and timing.
You are responsible for providing accurate dates, accessibility needs, party size, budget expectations and any constraints that may affect the plan.
Prices, where quoted, are stated in the proposal. Any third-party accommodation, ticket or transport costs remain subject to supplier availability and conditions.
We will try to accommodate reasonable changes. Additional planning, urgent revisions or supplier amendments may require extra fees or different availability.
Cancellation terms depend on the agreed service and any third-party supplier rules. Confirmed non-refundable costs may not be recoverable.
These terms are intended for services connected with England domestic travel and are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
